The Noussan farm was officially born in 2004, but already at the end of the nineties when Franco and Gabriella began to recover the old family vineyards by planting Petit Rouge, Pinot Gris and Mayolet. Initially the production was aimed at family consumption, but in 2003, after renting other vineyards, they decided to found a regulated company for the production and marketing of wine. Franco has always had a passion for viticulture and was strengthened in the period from 1976 to 1979 when he attended the school of agriculture where he was able to learn the techniques of winemaking The processing in the vineyard is totally manual and is carried out with great passion and respect. for nature, we do not use any type of herbicide, the shoots and the grass are chopped on the spot to promote decomposition thus forming a soil rich in humus the fertilizations are made only with manure, and only the pesticide products allowed by the EEC regulations for agri-environmental measures. The wine obtained with traditional techniques using the natural cold means that the product obtained is not subjected to clarification, thus trying to give a product as natural as possible and which reflects the organoleptic characteristics typical of the wines of our beautiful valley. The current surface is 2,5 ha of vineyards divided into five municipalities, Saint Christophe, Quart, Aosta, Sarre and Saint Pierre, the production is around 10000 bottles divided into seven types of wine.
