Image Food and wine pairings

Il Rosé Wine is a wine from throughout the meal, this can be combined with dishes of greater structure: medium-aged cheeses, filate pasta, sliced, oily fish e white meat o roast without excessive succulence. While a more rosé wine longilieno e vertical it pairs perfectly with delicates antipasti di mare, a risotto or a nice plate of pasta with delicate toppings.

I was found on November 28, 1971 by my grandfather Pietro in his old cellar in the Corte Zardini in San Floriano, he took me home… my mother had been waiting for me for several months. My youth full of memories and scents of the past, the Landini tractors, my father's hothead, the fields to work, the vines, the cherry trees, the farmyard animals, the cellar dug into the tuff, the colored stories of the uncles. Graduated in agriculture with a specialization in viticulture, in 1990 at the age of 19 I began to collaborate with the most beautiful wineries in Verona. In those years I was able to refine the knowledge gained at school, but above all I was lucky enough to deal with great Italian and French wine makers. Graduated Onav Taster and Sommelier. Since 2000 the reference to the origins, the desire to produce directly in the traditional way, the simplicity of nature and wine, making wine with my hands, following all the steps personally: this is how the Pietro Zardini winery was born, dedicated to my grandfather Pietro; thus the #garantitodapietrozardini was born.
