Liquor historian of the Valle d'Aosta distillery is produced according to the rules of the most ancient tradition from a rare alpine herb: Artemisia umbelliformis which grows over 2000 meters above sea level. A strong liqueur is obtained from it freshness of the heights. This is the medium 50cl version of the product.

It is the oldest distillery in the Aosta Valley, founded in the late nineteenth century by Guglielmo Levi, descendant of a lineage of famous "grapats". It was then Natalina, the last daughter of Guglielmo, who founded the current St. Roch, today led by Nicola Rosset, son of Natalina. The latter has given a further historical turning point, with the ambitious project of following the entire supply chain: from the production of the whole Valle d'Aosta raw material to the creation of the various products. There are three company brands: Distillerie St. Roch, Distillati Levi and Ottoz (in addition to Rosset Terroir for wines). The first includes the entire line A, namely the Artemisia génépy for infusion, aged for 6 months in the cold and bottled with the Artemisia plant; Artemisia génépy Blanc from self-distilling of the rare alpine herb Artemisia Umbelliformis; the Bàcio liqueur (which mixes the dark profiterole cream with the fragrance of genepy Artemisia); the legendary Grappa Sant'Orso and then Birra, authentic genepy craft beer. Distillati Levi includes single-variety grappas, with attention to native varieties such as Cornalin, an excellent Brandy René de Challant, then a series of infused spirits and, above all, Gin Glacialis, made exclusively with 100% Aosta Valley wild juniper berries and no other botanicals, for a result with a fine and intense but at the same time decisive aroma. The Ottoz brand, on the other hand, includes the Elixir Génépy from an infusion of male genepy; Grappa du Glacier (blend of red pomace distilled with a discontinuous bain-marie alembic still); the softer Grappa della Brenva, from white pomace; the bitter Ebo Lebo Gran Riserva, made from 42 Valdostan officinal herbs, enriched with an infusion of genepy and saffron grown in the Vallée, which give it, for a combination of exceptional finesse, depth and persistence.
