Il Trento Brut DOC Classic Method of the cellar Letrari is a fresh, fragrant and balanced vintage obtained following the method champenoise, which involves the second refermentation in the bottle. The cuvée of Chardonnay (85%) and Pinot Noir (15%) that composes it, remains on the lees for at least 24 months. Straw yellow with golden reflections. It is bright and shiny, resistant and wide mousse with a beadwork fine and continuous. Intense and elegant it presents itself to the nose, with hints of citrus, apple, pineapple, mountain herbs and bread crust. In tasting it is clear and ample, lively and harmonious, with a good body with a balanced flavor and a good persistence. Suitable as an aperitif, it can also be uncorked as a toast to remember, or sipped throughout a meal on the occasion of informal and non-binding convivial moments.
Il Sparkling Wines falls into the category of wines a White Berry, its characteristic ofacidity of the flavor is enhanced by the cold. The temperature basses are excellent for highlighting her freshness, flavor e tannicity. Not going beyond the 13% it is possible to normalize the sweet tones of this white and to perceive its more dry and pungent notes, making it more pleasant to theodor and especially in the flavor. There temperature that we recommend oscillates between 6% up to the 14% for whites more mature.

While in the MAIN CORSE I'm ideal with del chicken o turkey, even if the best they make it with the fish and crustaceans, carpaccio included.
Letrari is a family that has deep roots in the history of wine in Trentino, already active in 1647 a Borghetto d'Avio on the banks of theAdige, first as river raftsmen, then as traders and finally as winemakers. Cantina Letrari, which is based in Rovereto, in Val Lagarina, was founded by Leonello Letrari and by his wife Maria Vittoria in 1976. Leonello, born in 1931, began his career in the world of wine working in the Azienda dei Conti Bossi Fedrigotti, where he showed his ingenuity by creating the Fojaneghe, an Italian Bordeaux, who immediately met with great success and immediately entered the wine scene of good drinking. But the relationship with Count Federico is very troubled and stormy, so much so that, after a trip to France, with four friends Bepi Andreaus, Ferdinando Tonon, Pietro Tura and Riccardo Zanetti, he decides to leave the company and create with their collaboration L'Team 5, a classic method sparkling wine which marks the history of sparkling wine in Italy. The team of 5 friends dissolves and Leonello decides to set up his own business, giving life to Cantina Letrari. Today the baton of command has passed into the hands of his daughter Lucia Letrari, an expert winemaker, and his son Paolo Emilio. The winery has about 23 hectares of vineyards, scattered along the Adige valley, on poor and rocky soils, which enjoy a very favorable microclimate, due to the so-called Hour of Garda, to the point that in the valley the vineyards alternate with olive groves. In 2000 the Letrari family abandons the old cellar of Palazzo Lodron in Nogaredo and inaugurates the new cellar a Borgo Sacco di Rovereto, a model winery, respectful of the environment and the traditional rural architecture of the region, full of all the most modern equipment for winemaking. Tradition and innovation are the creed of Cantina Letrari, a reality concentrated in the excellent production of sparkling wines that represent the essence of Trento DOC.
